The standard UK delivery 3-6 days. Each item is charged by weight, if an order comprises of several items weighing different amounts it is the total weight that is charged.
0KG to 2KG = £3.95
2KG to 5KG = £6.95
5KG to 9KG = £9.95
9KG and up = £15.95
Providing your items are in stock, we will aim to deliver your order within 6 working days. Please note – during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7-10 days.
Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.
Where possible, we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible. Please note – you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.
If any order is out of stock, we will notify you and advise of the anticipated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.
Whilst we will use our best efforts to meet all orders we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular products displayed on this website.
We reserve the right to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.
TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched.
Caribou cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY & MAKING RETURNS
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel by email at
Please note – All items need to be returned within 14 days, complete and in a reasonable condition. Personalised/made-to-order products may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Caribou are not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this. Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include a copy of the invoice and we would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, if the parcel fails to reach us for any reason.
Large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers (the cost for this will be deducted from your refund, with the exception of faulty items) – please call 01386 462939 during office hours or email and our Customer Service team will be able to advise you.
